ILAC has pledged $200,000 CAD over the next five years to The Daughters for Life Foundation, a charity that provides leadership, education and health opportunities for women and girls in the Middle East.
The donation is being offered as part of the ILAC Foundation, a non-profit division of ILAC that promotes world peace through educational scholarships in Canada.
The Daughters For Life Foundation was established by the renowned peace activist and author Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish, who created the charity in memory of his three daughters who were killed in the conflict in Gaza.
