Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet students and visitors, and present a positive and professional image of the school;
  • Act as a point of contact for both students and partners; provide them with an ongoing support, and a top-notch client service experience;
  • Answer all students and partners questions, and facilitate the needed communication with the respective department (Academics, Homestay, Accounting, University Pathways, and Social Events)
  • Participate in orientation sessions for the new students;
  • Process all applications accurately, and issue the appropriate documents accordingly;
  • Collaborate with the account receivable department in following up with pending payments;
  • Perform other duties as assigned;

 

Requirements

  • University or college degree in business or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience;
  • 1-2 years of successful, relevant experience, preferably in Education industry, Hotel, Travel, and Tourism;
  • Complete fluency in Mandarin and English;
