Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing and Sales or related field;

  • Bilingual ability both in English and Russian languages; fluency in Ukrainian language is an advantage;

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop all agent networks in CIS counties (fairs, agent visits and training);
  • Answers agents inquires, sends agent questionnaires and applications, and does follow ups; checks agents’ references; prepares and signs agreements; re-news agreements; makes agent certificates; maintains informational exchange;
  • Creates, provides translation and orders all marketing materials;
  • Continuously keeps agents informed about school programs, options, developments;
  • Monitor marketing trips’ calendar and trip schedules, attends educational fairs in CIS countries, maintains efficient networking and recruits new students and agents;
  • Books flight and hotels, keeps expenses within the operational budget; tracks and reports on sales and travel expenses;
  • Checks and maintains our database software (offers, enrollments and extensions) making sure no pending or overdue requests are in the system;
  • Responds to escalated issues and problems, helps Regional Ambassadors to build effective solutions, and reports back to the agents;
  • Answer partners questions, and facilitate the needed communication with the respective department (Homestay, Accounting, University Pathways)
  • Process all applications accurately, and issue the appropriate documents accordingly;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pathway Partner Institutions

  • Ensures the partner schools are highly engaged, and up to date on all academic, pathway program updates, and relevant news at ILAC
  • Coordinates and schedules onsite training sessions for students and staff, and ensures that summer tour programing for Ontario schools is scheduled and marketed to students and agents
  • In coordination with the Manager, of Business Development & Partnerships ensures that the pathway agreements are up to date and valid.

Strategic Management

  • Contributes to strategic management through identifying the root causes of student, agent or partner school related issues and works with the VP to recommend, implement and champion changes when required.
  • Under the guidance of the VP, develop comprehensive annual /monthly departmental action plans and sets placement targets ( number of placements, diversity of markets and institutions) and reports on these student targets in order to successfully support the achievement of ILAC’s goals within agreed timeframes and to expected quality standards
  • Provides insights and recommendations on industry trends based on data and current research

Key Performance Areas:

  • Pathway Specialist Team leadership : The Pathway Director is successful when the Pathway team is trained, engaged and motivated and meets placement targets as measured by bi-annual surveys, focus groups and ongoing feedback and reports on placement numbers
  • Growth: meets growth targets for school placements, programs, market diversity and volume of students placed
  • Student satisfaction and support: The Pathway Director is successful when student satisfaction is high as measured by evaluations, focus groups and general feedback.
  • ILAC Agent Relations and customer service: Agents are provided timely, accurate detailed information and support as measured by ongoing feedback and achievement of pathway growth targets
  • Partner Training and Relations: Partner schools are engaged, and involved in on and off campus events and trainings, as measured by: pathway growth and diversity targets, partner retention and ongoing feedback and surveys.
  • Contribution to leadership through communication and engagement with senior management.

Requirements

  • University or college degree ( Master degree preferred) in business or education, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
  • 5 + years managing partnerships in the international education sector, or in a similar role and/or environment;

IT Asset Management Administrator

If you are looking for a challenging exciting position, join our dynamic team as an IT Asset Management Administrator, where you will be responsible for managing all of ILAC’s IT assets and also providing prompt technical assistance to staff. You will be tracking, monitoring printer’s consumables usage and stock, coordinate project work with senior team members as required.

We are looking for an individual with a strong interpersonal skill, friendly personality and ability to carry out duties in a professional manner. The successful candidate must take ownership of issues, ensure they are done in a timely manner; keep record of tasks in ticketing system and coordinate with team members in Toronto and Vancouver. This position requires working on site in Toronto on a full-time basis, no travel required.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and responsibility for all assets company wide.
  • Maintain daily inventory of ILAC’s IT assets within BarCloud (or other systems) and ensure all hardware is documented via serial number and asset tag.
  • Send weekly reports of upcoming new hires, asset requirements and asset specific items to the IT service department.
  • Manage the IT storage rooms and assist in developing a management strategy across all campuses.
  • Work with IT staff, HR and functional managers to ensure timely return of ILACs IT assets and related items, such as drives, chargers, laptops, etc.
  • Assist and support other IT staff to complete work orders on IT assets.
  • Submit quotations for new ILAC IT assets and related supplies as needed.
  • Submit quotations for shipping supplies, such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, asset tags etc.
  • Manage shipping/return (FedEx/UPS/DHL) process for ILAC IT assets.
  • Manage activation/deactivations for phones with mobile carriers (Rogers).
  • Install and configure workstations based on company needs and requirements.
  • Create user accounts and assign user licenses as per instruction.
  • Accommodate users’ requests for computer hardware and software to ensure a timely resolution; install hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems (Desktop Support).
  • Administer and troubleshoot access to the SIS system (Student Information System);
