Your Path to Higher Education in Canada

ILAC’s University Pathway Program leads to bachelor’s and master’s degree programs as well as undergraduate and postgraduate diplomas and certificates. University Pathway Program graduates are expected to achieve a TOEFL iBT score of 90 or higher.

each english level is 4 weeks


Course duration varies based on your starting English Level and each student’s unique progress through the levels.

English Testing

Students write a practice TOEFL test every second week to measure their progress. This allows teachers and students to see their success and track their improvement.

Students can start every Monday. Please view start dates for details.

Level Placement

Students take a placement test on their first day to determine their English level.

Students who test at level 10 or above may directly enter the University Pathway Program.

Students who test at level 9 or below, will begin in the General English program.
