
Description
- The High School Year includes seven grade-12 high school courses or English courses if required.
- Students who finish grade 12, will earn a Canadian High School Diploma.Â
- Students have the chance to improve their GPA in order to gain acceptance to top universities
- Graduates will be eligible to apply to any college or university as a Canadian high school graduate
- This program is in partnership with the Toronto Independent High School
- As a high school student you will receive university counselling from the Toronto Independent High School, which will help you make the best education choices
Course Goals
- Canadian High School Diploma and improve your GPA
- Acceptance to a top university or college
- Build a strong foundation in the Canadian education system which will greatly improve your success at university
Duration
- The High School Year is one academic year and can be finished in 40 weeks
- (Students may require a longer study period to complete grade 12 if they need English as a Second Language courses first)
Program Options
- Students tested at level 15 can immediately begin taking academic Grade-12 High School courses
- Students who test at a lower English level, will begin with the prerequisite English courses before taking academic courses
Requirements
- Students in beginner or intermediate levels will be required to study General English first
- Students tested at level 15 can immediately join the high school year
- Completed grade 11 or 12 of High School from home country
