ILAC Vancouver has an immediate opening for IT Support Administrator position.

IT Support Administrator will be responsible for providing prompt technical assistance to personnel in a fast paced environment.  Work setting involves: securely networked infrastructure , VOIP Phones, database access,  Active Directory,  LAN, WAN, WIFI, network services, spam filter management, along with regular helpdesk duties of assisting users with computer hardware and software issues.

This individual also will be overseeing software licences, contracts and monitoring printers’ consumables usage and stock.  Strong interpersonal skill, friendly personality and ability to carry out duties in a professional manner are a must.  Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate in person, over the phone and via e-mail are essential.  Must take ownership of issues, ensure they are done in a timely manner; keep records of tasks in a ticketing system and coordinate with the head office.

This position requires working on site on a full-time basis.
